7.1 Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
Unwashed and unaltered
Returned in original packaging with tags attached

7.2 How to Return

Contact us at paul@myfunkygolf.com within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

⚠ Update this address to the fulfilment warehouse address before launch.

7.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

7.5 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Subject to stock availability, we will arrange an exchange. Return shipping of the original item is at your cost unless the item is defective.

7.6 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@myfunkygolf.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7.7 Exclusions

We cannot accept returns of:

Items that have been worn, washed or altered
Items without original tags or packaging
Customised or personalised items (unless defective)
Items returned outside the 30-day window (unless defective or rights apply under consumer law)
