EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

8.1 Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. This right begins the day after you, or a third party you nominate (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

8.2 How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the 14-day period expires. You may:

  • Send an email to paul@myfunkygolf.com stating you wish to withdraw from your contract
  • Use the standard Withdrawal Form (see Section 10 or our website Cancel Order page)
  • Use the Cancel Order form at our website

8.3 Returning Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.

8.4 Refunds

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option). Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you provide evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier

We will use the same payment method as your original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8.5 Condition of Returned Goods

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please handle goods with care and return them in their original condition where possible.

8.6 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
  • Goods which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate quickly
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
