6.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to our fulfilment partner within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.

6.2 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 4–7 working days
  • Sweden: 4–7 working days
  • Spain: 5–8 working days
  • Netherlands: 4–7 working days
  • Rest of Europe: 5–10 working days

6.4 Shipping Costs

For deliveries within the EU and UK, no customs duties apply. If you order from outside these territories, you may be liable for local import duties and taxes. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

6.6 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. Additional delivery charges may apply to re-send an order.

6.7 Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

6.8 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at paul@myfunkygolf.com. We will investigate with the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities or events outside our control.
