Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size and colour, add to cart and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We fulfil orders quickly, so please contact us at info@myfunkygolf.com or use the Cancel Order page as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations before dispatch. Once dispatched, you can return the order under our Returns Policy.
I haven't received an order confirmation — what do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@myfunkygolf.com with your name and the email address used to order.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide (linked in the footer and on each product page). We provide measurements in centimetres for chest, waist and hips. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Our garments are designed for an athletic fit. Check the Size Guide and individual product descriptions for specific fit notes.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept [PAYMENT METHODS TO BE CONFIRMED]. All transactions are processed securely. We do not accept Klarna or buy-now-pay-later schemes.
What currencies can I pay in?
You can pay in Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP) or Swedish Krona (SEK). Your currency is selected at the top of the website.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider with SSL encryption. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are fulfilled within 48 hours. Estimated delivery is 4–10 working days from dispatch depending on your location. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship across Europe. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and see shipping costs.
Will I have to pay customs charges?
For deliveries within the EU and UK, no customs charges apply. Outside these areas, local duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for unused, unwashed items in original condition. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at paul@myfunkygolf.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, we process refunds within 5 working days. Allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Product Care
How do I care for my Funky Golf garments?
Care instructions are printed on the garment label. As a general guide: machine wash at 30°C, do not tumble dry performance fabrics, and do not iron prints directly.
Promotions
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the promo code field at checkout. Codes are case-sensitive. Only one code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

Account
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses and view your order history.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
